Sour w/ Hibiscus
Both funky and flowery, this cider takes a Brettanomyces fermented Northern Spy blend and infuses it with dried hibiscus flowers, resulting in a delicate blush. Expect earthy apple notes and floral fruit tones that are both pleasing to the palate and the eye. 1911 Sour with Hibiscus is a refreshing, semi-dry yet vibrant hard cider.
