1911 Hopped IPC Hard Cider is made with our New York State apples and 5 fruity west coast hops, fermented together to create aromas of nectarine, lavender and pine. This semi-dry, effervescent cider has pronounced flavors of ripe peaches, cherries and black strap molasses with hints of juniper berries. The result is a light bodied, bittersweet treat.
